The Boston Celtics have kept their playoff comeback streak alive again. They have defeated the Golden State Warriors 100-116. Jayson Tatum’s fourth-quarter performance and the resilience showed by the whole team during the third quarter led them to a Game 3 win.

It didn’t help that Stephen Curry had three turnovers within minutes during the fourth quarter. For the Warriors, Klay Thompson showed why he is still starting. He scored 25 points on 41% shooting from the field and 38 from beyond the three-point line.

Warriors fans were thinking that their team were on the brink of a win due to their usual third-quarter surge but the Celtics held them off pretty well. The Dub Nation has considered this a “choke job” from Stephen Curry and co.

Boston fans, meanwhile, are happy that they are 2-1 up in the Finals. A prospect they did not think of back in January of this year.

It might not be an experienced team but it is indeed giving the Warriors and their fans nightmares. It didn’t help that they were playing in the TD Garden, with the Boston crowd raucous as ever with their chants. Draymond Green, like Kyrie Irving, was the target of the Boston crowd’s ire.

Green presented the Dub Nation again with his patented triple single figures but this time, it didn’t come with the defensive tricks he conjured last game. The Celtics were all the wise this time to Green’s “skills”.

Williams too swatted off any lazy layups from the Warriors’ end. “Timelord” is too appropriate a nickname for this man.

The fair evidence we have seen in today’s match is that the only team that can beat the Celtics is the Celtics. Last time around, their mistakes cost them the game. In this game, they rectified it and Boston fans hope this rectification will be kept up in the last four games of the Finals.
