Seeing LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant in the playoffs is a common occurrence. But to see none of them in the playoffs would be surprising. And the way each of their teams is playing so far, it might just happen as none of the players? teams have a winning record.

While the Golden State Warriors won the title last season, the Brooklyn Nets were eliminated in the first round. On the other hand, the Los Angeles Lakers did not even make the playoffs last season.

Could LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant all miss the playoffs?
With the struggles of the Golden State Warriors, the Brooklyn Nets, and the Los Angeles Lakers, there is a possibility they would miss the playoffs. But it is still very early in the season to make playoff predictions. However, Paul Pierce contemplated the playoffs without superstars LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Stephen Curry.
Pierce took to Twitter and wrote, ?It?s a possibility we can have a NBA playoffs with no KD no Lebron and no Steph Curry. Is there a changing of the gaurd happening right before our eyes, speak on it.?

The fact that there may be some truth to this could be a little unsettling to a lot of fans.
James dominated the league since he came into the NBA. He hit his prime while playing for the Miami Heat where he won two NBA championships. Kevin Durant is a scoring machine who could score from anywhere on the floor. Be it in the post, mid-range, or shooting threes, Durant could do it all.?
And as for Stephen Curry, he did manage to not only take over the league but change how the game is played. Curry became a threat on offense as soon as he crossed the half-court line. And over the years, Curry has earned the tag of the best shooter in NBA history.

So for such great and influential players to miss the playoffs, that must mean that the league is changing. And the young players coming into the league are taking over.
