The Brooklyn Nets secured the second seed at the end of the regular season. Now they will embark on the playoff journey that many fans and analysts believe will end in an NBA championship. The Nets are one of the standout favorites to win the NBA title, thanks to the incredible trio of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving. But the trio hasn’t played that much together. Their first test will come in the playoffs.

But who do they play? When do they play? And where can you watch it? Here are all the answers to those questions.

The Brooklyn Nets will face the Boston Celtics in the first round of the NBA playoffs. The Celtics secured their spot through the play-in tournament, defeating the Washington Wizards to lock up the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference. For the Celtics, this has been a tough season for them, without several players around. Jaylen Brown is unavailable due to injury, and other players like Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker have struggled through injury and COVID.

The Nets have had similar injury concerns. Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden have had extended periods away from the team due to injury. This has limited the trio from playing together on several occasions. But all three of them are finally fit to go into the playoffs. And three will be playing together during the playoffs, barring any injuries.

Brooklyn Nets vs Boston Celtics – When and where to watch?

The Brooklyn Nets will hold home-court advantage in the series, thanks to their higher seeding over Boston. The first game between the two will take place Saturday, May 22, at 8 PM From the Barclays Center. The teams will return to the Barclays Center for game two on Tuesday, May 24. Then the two teams travel to Boston for games three and four at the TD Garden. If there is a need for games five, six, and seven, they will take place in Barclays, TD Garden, and then Barclays again.

The Nets will be hoping to wrap up the series as soon as possible. The more rest they can get going forward, the better chance they will have going forward. But the Celtics will not be an easy task. Jayson Tatum put up an incredible 50 points against the Wizards.  So the Nets will have to make sure to shut him down to find success.
