It seems like the Brooklyn Nets have sparked some luck with their new arrivals. The debutants, Seth Curry and Andre Drummond got some good news for the Nets. They snapped an 11 game losing streak as they beat the Sacramento Kings.

While Simmons is yet to make his debut for Brooklyn, the Harden trade may not be looking as bad for them as it did at the beginning. Moreover, following his impressive display, Seth issued a warning to the league over the Nets with a healthy Kevin Durant and Simmons.

The Brooklyn Nets were not in a good place prior to the trade. Not only did they have internal problems with Harden and Kyrie, but they were unable to win.

With their best player in Kevin Durant out until after the All-Star break, the new set of players could really help in keeping things under control. And tonight they did exactly that.

The Nets made this season’s trade deadline one of the wildest ones in recent times. After just 13 months of forming an offensive powerhouse, they traded away a big part in James Harden to Philadelphia. While they still aren’t at full power, the Brooklyn side saw a fresh bit of positive in a long time as they grabbed a win against the Kings.

After the game, Seth Curry spoke about the team and how they will be dangerous when healthy. He said, “There’s so much to be excited about. We got a lot of talent. When those three guys who are out tonight… I mean great players…We’re gonna be a tough team to beat down the stretch.”

Seth Curry led the way with 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists for the night. Drummond had a decent night too, with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Even LaMarcus Aldridge made a big impact with 19 points and 8 rebounds to his name. As for Bruce Brown, he had an eventful night with 19 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 5 steals, and 3 blocks. Brooklyn snapped their losing streak and won the game 109-85.

Seth sure had a great point as Simmons and Durant will add serious depth into this lineup. They already have some capable scorers, and adding one of the best makes it all the more daunting. Moreover, with Simmons’ defensive impact, they will restrict giving away points and become a serious threat yet again. Hence, if things work well, they have some serious potential on their hands.
