NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo and his wife Mariah Riddlesprigger are one of the most beloved couples in the league. They dated each other for a long time and eventually married. They welcomed their son, Liam into the world on February 10th, 2020. Liam celebrated his third birthday recently and NBA fans across the internet wished the Greek Freak’s son a happy birthday. Riddlesprigger also posted an emotional and wholesome message for her firstborn.
Mariah Riddlesprigger, a former volleyball star, wished her son a happy birthday and posted a picture of them playing basketball. Interestingly, she also revealed which one of her two sons is the silliest in the message.

The Greek Freak’s wife posts an emotional message for her son
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Mariah Riddlesprigger have a love story like no other. The two kept their relationship a secret for a while and fans speculated on the Greek Freak’s girlfriend for a long time.

They welcomed their first child on the 10th of February, 2020. Giannis and Mariah, who were still dating back then, named their child Liam Charles Antetokounmpo. As he celebrates his third birthday, his mom celebrated the occasion by writing an emotional paragraph for him on Instagram.
She wrote, “To the sweetest, silliest soul. Can I still call you my baby? HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BIG BOY. I love you more than words can ever express! Here’s to many more paw patrol marathons and dance parties!!”
The Milwaukee Bucks had a game against the Sacramento Kings the day Liam was born. However, Antetokounmpo missed the game to attend the birth of his son. Interestingly, the Greek Freak was on NBA duties on his son’s third birthday as well. The Bucks took on the Clippers on February 10th and beat them 119-106.

Two years after the birth of his first child, Giannis and Mariah welcomed their second son in 2021. Interestingly, when asked to comment on becoming a father again, an emotional and ecstatic Antetokounmpo had a lot to say.

In signature Greek Freak style, he added a hilarious little anecdote. Apparently, he played zone defense with his wife and Liam and had to take turns. With the birth of his second son, it was a man-to-man battle.
He said, “So it was me and Mariah, we had Liam in the middle. So it was just, taking turns. But now, it’s man to man. It’s off. I enjoy it, I love it.” With his kids growing older, Antetokounmpo will certainly have a good time marking them.
