“Can’t Lie That Was Nasty”: NBA World Goes Off as Russell Westbrook Ruins the Party for Trail Blazers After Unreal Poster From 19-Year-Old

After a disappointing buzzer-beater loss to the Indiana Pacers, the Los Angeles Lakers are looking to set things back on track as they face the Portland Trail Blazers in their next matchup. With no Damian Lillard in the lineup for the Blazers, it should possibly not be a difficult task for the Lakers to snatch a win on their home court. And looks like Russell Westbrook is making sure of that.
However, fans may not be celebrating too soon since the Lakers blew a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter to a star-less Pacers. The Lakers were perhaps surprisingly doing pretty well without LeBron James on their lineup. The offense arguably flourished when it ran through Anthony Davis.

Russell Westbrook stealing the show
As good as LeBron James is, he seems to possibly be past his prime now. Nagging injuries have been affecting his game and point production on the floor. And the Lakers’ front office could be looking to make Anthony Davis their first option on offense.
The Blazers have an 11-10 record, placing them in the seventh position in the Western Conference. Whereas the Lakers, who have three All-Stars on their team, are still dwelling at the bottom of the West.

However, it seems as if Russell Westbrook is taking over the game despite a nasty poster by Shaedon Sharpe. The 19-year-old followed an Anfrene Simons missed three by soaring through the air with a one-handed poster. But Westbrook followed it with another buzzer-beater from half-court.
Fans went off at the Sharpe poster where one fan tweeted, “Can’t lie that was nasty, he needs to be in the dunk contest.” While another fan commented, “Post westbrook or i unfollow shams.”

Fans demanded what Westbrook did right after Sharpe threw that jam down.
A little Westbrook highlight reel
Russ hit a stepback three at the end of the half to give the Lakers a four-point lead. But he followed it with another buzzer-beater three from half-court. And then decided to show off his dance moves in the middle of the floor.
