Carmelo Anthony explained how his duo with LeBron James was inevitable

In a recent interview, the 37-YO Carmelo Anthony first reminisced how he met LeBron James as a 15-YO teen. Addressing the inevitability of their union, Melo expressed in his interview, “That journey itself, alongside somebody like LeBron, you can’t write that any better … It’s not just basketball though.”

Well, they started as fierce competitors with Melo playing for a #1 HS team and Bron single-handedly putting St. Mary on the map. Later, their lottery draft selection turned them into good friends, and that mutual respect has finally taken the best shape.
