Charles Barkley Downplayed Millionaire Shaquille O’Neal’s Charitable Image With Hilarious Response

NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal is one of the greatest to ever play the game. He is also one of the few people in the NBA who is known to be very charitable. Shaq has had several contributions to various charities, and he is also seen buying gifts and stuff for random people. But his co-worker Charles Barkley doesn’t seem to agree with that and has downplayed his image.

Shaq has been seen giving huge tips to waiters. Sometimes, there are stories that he has given people thousands of dollars. He was once on the Jimmy Kimmel show and he said that when he is at restaurants, he is a big tipper. He likes to show people their appreciation.

Shaq said that he tells the waiters that the faster he gets his food, the bigger the tips are. And after finishing his meal, he asks them how much they want and whatever they tell, he agrees to that. According to him, the most someone he has tipped is $4000.

But his friend and colleague Barkley debunks this statement from Shaq.

Chuck was also on the Jimmy Kimmel show and he was asked about Shaq’s tipping habits. He said, “Hell no! He doesn’t tip like that. I mean, you’re talking about the same guy… We were doing a tribute to John Glen when he passed away and Shaq says I wonder if it’s closer to the moon or LA. We are like, what do you mean?”

“When you walk outside, you can see the moon, but you can’t see LA… Yeah, it’s gotta be closer to the moon. This is a guy I work with. He thinks it’s closer to the Moon than LA, cause you can see the moon when you walk outside.”

Chuck and Shaq are a comedic duo and they keep going back and forth with each other. They keep trying to get back at each other whenever possible and this time it was Chuck’s turn. But it is all done in good fashion and Shaq and Chuck are like brothers. Still, Shaq would not have been happy when Chuck debunked Shaq’s charitable image like that.
