Owing to his extraordinary abilities and physical strength, Shaquille O’Neal was a force to be reckoned with during his prime years. Having played for some top NBA teams like the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers. and the Miami Heat, Shaq proved his worth everywhere he played.

It was only his consistent domination on the court that earned him the NBA Hall of Fame. And despite knowing all of it, NBA legend Charles Barkley, known for his playing days at the 76ers, took a dig at the Lakers legend for his achievements, only to see it going in vain.

Despite their plans to go on Summer Vacation as boldly stated in an episode of ‘Inside The NBA,’ Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley were recently seen on duty. The duo had to appear on live TV to dissect the preview of Miami Heat vs Denver Nuggets, Game 1. The host of the show, Matt Winer, introduced the rest of the crew that joined. Charles Barkley was introduced as a Hall of Famer. On the other hand, the host introduced Shaquille O’Neal as a “Hall of Famer and 4x NBA Champion.”

In an attempt to take a dig at Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley had a question in store for him. He asked, “How’d you get in the Hall Of Fame?” However, Charles Barkley got pinched back by Shaquille O’Neal.

O’Neal said, ” Coz I got four of them things,” putting up a four sign with his fingers.

This left both Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley laughing. However, Charles Barkley might have been laughing in pain. Despite playing for 16 seasons, Charles Barkley has not won any championships during his career in the league.

Although it was Chuck taking a dig at Shaq over his Hall of Fame achievement, back in 2017, the Lakers legend did somewhat the same to the 76ers and Suns legend. Yes! It was during a game between the Cavs and Celtics when Shaq hilariously teased Barkley, saying that he does not have much idea about NBA Finals.

Unfortunately, it was Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls that bested the Phoenix Suns in the 1993 NBA Finals. Despite having such a celebrated career, Chuck does not have any NBA titles to his name.
