In the interview, Thompson was asked if James should focus on anything else besides chasing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s all-time scoring record. In his observation, Tristan said, “If the Lakers and LeBron can go 8 and 10 and get to the 6 to 7 seat, he is gotta be in the MVP conversation.”
