The Golden State Warriors finally won their first game on the road. After losing their first 8 games on the road, the Warriors were finally able to win against the Houston Rockets. But the fans were not impressed with a four-time champ’s post-game antics despite him delivering a vintage performance.

The Warriors have been atrocious on the road and this has been their main worry this season. But they were able to secure a 127-120 victory over the Rockets with a classic performance from Klay Thompson. He dropped 41 points, and he was 10-13 from the three-point range. Thompson has been having a sub-par season, and this was his best performance of the season.

The Warriors were one of the best teams on the road last season. They were ranked number two in defensive rating in the league last season and that was one of the main reasons they won the title. But this season, it has been a very different story. The Warriors are ranked 24th in terms of defensive rating and they had the worst record on the road this season.

The reigning champions finally snapped their eight-game road losing streak as they secured the victory against the Rockets. Klay and Curry combined for 74 points and they had 17 three-pointers between them. However, the Warriors were made to dig deep as this young Rockets team pushed them to the limit.

The Dubs had a massive lead in the first half and it looked like they were gonna snap their streak with ease. But the Rockets fought back hard, and they took the lead. However, Stephen Curry put in a monster effort in the second half just to secure the victory. The Warriors continue their road trip as they head to New Orleans next.
