What followed was a jumper by DeRozan that helped the Bulls clinch a win against New York Knicks. This nailbiter left the NBA Community taking a moment to catch their breath. This is the third-straight victory for the Bulls. Their convincing performances were led by the craft of DeRozan, Zach LaVine, and Nikola Vucevic. With that said, fans were still unhappy with this trio.

The Chicago Bulls have an affinity toward having dominating trios. Previously, they housed the expertise of Michael Jordan, Dennis Rodman, and Scottie Pippen. Now, the trio leading them are DeRozan, LaVine, and Vucevic. While many may deem it to be a crime to compare the two sets of trios, the current trio has managed to outdo Jordan and co. In the last four games, this trio has bagged 20+ points each. As per ESPN, this is the “longest streak by any trio in franchise history”. This stat has left NBA Twitter in shambles.
