5x NBA Champion Dennis Rodman was well known for his rebounding abilities and off-court doings. Fellow Detroit Pistons legend Isiah Thomas called Rodman a genius for his on-court skills. Former NBA stars find it hard to understand Dennis Rodman

It was during the opening game of the NBA 1993-94 preseason. Dennis Rodman had just joined the San Antonio Spurs after playing for the Detroit Pistons for seven seasons. The Spurs were all set to face the Orlando Magic at the Alamodome. Rodman had missed the team’s morning shoot-around and joined the Spurs just minutes before the opening game was about to begin. His teammates had already been warming up for the past half hour before Rodman joined them. Given his antisocial and peculiar nature, one would think that Rodman would never make a good teammate. However, it was quite the opposite of that.
