Furthermore, she claimed Rodman cannot be trusted with his own money and took full control of his bank accounts. She even cut access to his debit card. The Chicago Bulls legend believed her so much that he even mentioned her during his Hall of Fame speech.

The truth about Peggy Ann Fulford’s scam came out when Dennis Rodman missed child support payments to his first wife. When his spending habits were called into question, his transactions were checked. This is when Peggy was found using Rodman’s money.
