Recently, following James’ comments on Jones, Smith was nothing but praises for King James. Smith said, “I can’t applaud LeBron enough for what he said.” He further added, “What LeBron was talking about was where’s the intensity?”

Following an impressive win over the Portland Trail Blazers, LeBron brought up this issue with the media. Interestingly enough, he questioned the media about the disparity in their coverage of the Kyrie Irving and Jerry Jones issue.

LeBron James is known for talking his heart out on controversial topics. The same can be said about this instance. Confronting the media, he said, “I was thinking when I was on my way over here, I was wondering why I haven’t gotten a question from you guys about the Jerry Jones photo.”

He also brought up the media’s hypocrisy as they continuously kept on asking questions about Kyrie Irving. The former NBA champion was suspended after he posted a link to a highly controversial anti-semitic film on his Twitter account.
