During a post-game interview, Steph was asked if he had watched Wembanyama’s game.

The 18-year-old Frenchman could not contain his happiness as he earned his stripes from the game’s greatest shooter. Though Wembanyama is widely projected as the first pick, he is pretty much aware that he is yet to perform on basketball’s greatest stage.
Apparently, the 7’2″ giant gave himself a four-word reality check. “Nothing is proven yet,” Wembanyama said. “I have got everything to prove in this coming year. I feel like he[Stephen Curry] has got a great hope for me,” he added.
