In this case, he took to a recent article posted on his website to talk about the exit of a popular actress from ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ who has gained notoriety through her tiffs in the show. After years with the franchise, she announced her exit recently.

Various reports have claimed actress Lisa Rinna’s attitude and behavior were one of the reasons behind her exit from the show. Abdul-Jabbar seemed to agree with the notion as he bashed the veteran actress for her antics.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar addresses Lisa Rinna’s exit from Reality TV

The 10 million worth Lisa Rinna gave the audiences some of the most memorable moments on ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’. She joined the show in its fifth season back in 2014. In just her first season, she had a massive fight with her co-actor which sent headlines around the entertainment world.

However, it seems Los Angeles Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is not a fan of her antics. Talking about her exit in his recently published article, the 19 times NBA All-Star went all out. According to him, her skirmishes with co-actor Kathy Hilton turned Rinna against the fans. Moreover, he also made some stringent comments on how Rinna went to all limits in order to earn fame.

Abdul-Jabbar wrote, “Her sustained attacks on Kathy Hilton turned even her fans against her. Some reality TV has devolved into contests of how low people will go to debase themselves and others for unearned fame. Rinna didn’t just go low, she hit bottom.”

Kareem talked about the highly publicized beef between Rinna and Kathy Hilton in his article. Apparently, the bad blood between the two started during a trip to Aspen. Hilton wanted the ladies to try her tequila but Rinna was having none of it. Not only did she reject Hilton’s tequila, but she also ordered a shot from one of Hilton’s rival brands.

What did Rinna say about her exit?

Lisa Rinna has had a long career in the industry spanning more than three decades. After her contract ran out with the show, the two camps decided not to renew it and go on their separate paths.

Rinna said, “This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series.” She spent eight seasons with the show filled with iconic one-liners, drama, and altercations with co-actors.
