The Charlotte Hornets faced the Milwaukee Bucks in their last matchup. Though the Hornets lost, it was a big night for LaMelo Ball as he became the Hornets’ leader for most triple-doubles in the franchise’s history. However, what caught the attention of fans during the game was LaMelo’s protest over a foul call. Moreover, the way he chose to imitate holding the whistle led the fans to predict a drug test coming his way.
LaMelo Ball led the Hornets in the loss against the Bucks. He notched a triple-double for the night, scoring 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists for the game. Ball also managed to get 3 steals and 3 blocks for the night as well. Though it was Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks with the last laugh.

In a video captured, LaMelo Ball could be seen protesting and arguing with the official over a call. Ball seemed extremely riled up by the way he was making his case, with Bucks’ Brook Lopez looking at the whole ordeal from the back.
Now, what caught the attention of fans was the way Melo gestured holding the whistle. The way he held the whistle in the video indicated something else entirely which led fans to conclude that this might just cause a drug test to come at LaMelo’s way.
