“Dude Don’t Love His Dogs”: Weeks After Getting Called Out, $215 Million+ Rich Trae Young Fires Back at Rockets Star for Mocking LeBron James

NBA superstar LeBron James took a significant hit at the recent Los Angeles Lakers vs. Boston Celtics game. One missed call was enough to send King James to his knees after Celtics’ Jayson Tatum fouled him with the last few seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. What stung more was that the Lakers were just seconds away from winning the game had it not been for the blunder that occurred. James was rightfully upset, although many, including a particular former Houston Rockets star, felt that the NBA forward went a little out of hand with his emotions.
Following the remark, Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young hit back with a sarcastic comment just over a month after the former NBA star called him out for being immature.

While many felt that the fit was entirely justified, others thought it was a tad bit too much for someone who only missed a shot.

Chandler Parsons thought it was the latter. The former NBA star recently took to Twitter to express his displeasure with LeBron’s abrupt explosion. Parsons presented an example of how he could still react differently in case his dog was run over by a mailman.

Seemingly not in agreement with Parsons’ hypothetical situation, 2x NBA All-Star Trae Young sarcastically responded to his tweet by questioning Parsons’ love for his pets.
Young’s comments against Parsons come weeks after the duo got in yet another dispute over the Hawks star’s differences with head coach Nate McMillan.
Parsons slams ex-teammate
Trae Young missed the Atlanta Hawks’ matchup with the Denver Nuggets on December 2 due to right shoulder soreness. However, there’s more to it than just a shoulder injury. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the 24-year-old point guard reportedly got into an altercation with head coach Nate McMillan, who gave him an ultimatum to either come off the bench or not play at all. Young, who signed a five-year contract extension worth $215,159,700 with the Hawks in 2022, chose to do the latter and missed the game.

“You [Trae] can’t do this. You can’t let your teammates down. You’ve gotta be bigger than this at the moment,” Parsons said on Fan Duel TV.
