The game between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets was not the only source of drama at the Kaseya Center today. Pressure had skyrocketed for the Heat fans as Jimmy Butler and Co. suffered a double-digit deficit in Game 4. Nikola Jokic dominating again was not a concern for many in the arena as the attention was suddenly shifted toward a senior Heat fan. Stretchers were brought out while the game was on a break following a timeout.

While many continue to call it a medical emergency, Twitter fans seem to have a different narrative. Anyhow, the crowd, which was electric initially, was silenced with a masterful performance by the Nuggets, who now find themselves 1 win away from glory.

The home games did not go Miami Heat’s way! The Denver Nuggets continue their incredible postseason run with a solid team performance. Aaron Gordon, Bruce Brown, and KCP have been part of one of the best supportive casts in the NBA this season and they proved it once again today. Nikola Jokic, with 23 points and 12 rebounds, was an excellent regulator, although he had 5 fouls. However, the mid-game drama was quite tense as well!

An old woman who was on the courtside left the arena on a stretcher after she felt unwell. A timeout in the third quarter was taken advantage of by the staff to pull the fan out of the arena for a medical emergency as the players and staff watched on. Denver Post’s Mike Singer tweeted, “No idea what’s going on, but she doesn’t look like she’s in good shape.”
