In the past, Larsa Pippen and the Kardashians have been in the spotlight for their friendship and support. It wasn’t until 2020 that things began to change. Something happened that changed their friendship status, and they unfollowed each other on social media. However, there were numerous rumors following this regarding the breakup of their friendship. Pippen’s ex-boyfriend and Khloé Kardashian’s on-and-off-again boyfriend Tristan Thompson have been blamed by some. 

But Pippen stood out and gave her perspective on this, mentioning Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West as one of the reasons for their split. During an interview in 2020, she expressed her thoughts, blaming West for the change. 

“I just feel like Kanye was in a place where he really didn’t trust anyone with Kim, so I feel like I was the person that was like, ‘Oh, don’t be so close to her because you’re so close to her…,’” said Pippen in an interview on the ‘Hollywood Raw’ podcast.

In addition, she explained how she intended for West to feel “really comfortable, really secure”, following their split. Furthermore, she emphasized that she was not responsible for the break up of their friendship. Moreover, Larsa accused Kanye West of brainwashing Kardashian’s family against her.

Further explaining this friendship, Larsa mentioned how her ex-husband Scottie Pippen also refused to allow it. Furthermore, he didn’t want his children hanging out with the youngest Kardashian-Jenner members. She refused to listen to him, however.

In a further remark, she pointed out that West, “literally brainwashed the whole family”. In addition to this discussion, Pippen also discussed her relationship with Khloe Kardashian and its misrepresentations.

There are, however, many sources that suggest the opposite. Many even mentioned how the Kardashians found out about a bit of trash talk Pippen was supposedly doing to them. According to E! sources, “they all think Larsa is toxic energy.”
