James Harden, the NBA superstar, is known to have a larger-than-life personality. The shooting guard came from the bench for the early part of his career. After he was traded to the Houston Rockets, his career took off and he become the megastar we know of him today.

A resurfaced article that recently came up talks about how Harden can be sometimes extravagant. The article talked about Harden’s 26th birthday, Khloé Kardashian, Harden’s then-girlfriend, had a major surprise.

Harden and Kanye West were with the Kardashians to celebrate his birthday. To celebrate the milestone and to make it memorable, Khole had some fireworks planned. But they were not your normal fireworks.

Just as the clock turned 12, Khloe set off a 15-minute firework show. Khloe Kardashian and James Harden threw their 4th of July with a GIANT fireworks display that woke up thousands of residents. The thunderous fireworks show was visible from multiple towns along the oceanfront. And it went on for 15 minutes at the stroke of midnight.

Harden and his pursuit of the Championship

After getting frustrated with not reaching the NBA Finals with the Houston Rockets, Harden demanded a trade. And in December 2020 his wish was granted as he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets to form a new big three in the east. Harden teamed up with ex-teammate Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.

But their time together was not fruitful, as Kevin missed a significant part of last season. And when they finally got healthy together, Harden got injured in the postseason.

Things got bad to worse and on deadline day, Harden was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers for Ben Simmons. Harden gets a chance to team up with Joel Embiid, who is playing like the best player in basketball right now.

They are currently in an Eastern Conference semifinal series with the Miami Heat. And the series is tied at 2-2. This is Harden’s as good a chance he will ever get to win the title. And he should give it all for this.
