Kevin Durant has once again set social media on fire. This time it’s for a fight between Durant and an Indian TV Journalist, Sreenivasan Jain. The exchange of words took place on Twitter after Kevin Durant gave his views regarding a viral video.

Kevin Durant reacts to a viral video and fights with journalist:

Durant gave his reaction on a viral video of a kid executing a flashy move during a basketball game. He reacted, “This sh*t stinks,” letting the fans know about his disapproval. This reaction by KD is understandable because even though the move was flawless, it was a double dribble and hence a foul.

A double dribble is an illegal move that is caused due to a player dribbling again after pausing in his/her previous dribble.

Srinivasan Jain, an Indian TV Journalist commented, “He’s just a kid, champ.” Durant then replied to the journalist saying “It’s about habits man.”

Following this, there have been plenty of fans who have reacted to the same. Many people seemed to agree with Durant and were of the opinion that young players should always get the basics right before attempting flashy moves.

One of the tweets said, “Most of these kids try to do all the fancy stuff without mastering the fundamentals. It’s very annoying seeing kids who can’t make a regular layup do all this dance dribbling like they are James Harden.”
