Athletes and celebrities all across the world have given their opinions on West and former NBA superstar Robert Horry recently chimed in on the conversation.
Talking on his podcast, Horry talked about how he doesn’t feel bad about Kanye. However, he does sympathize with the students and staff of the Donda Academy.

Horry said, “I feel bad for all those kids, those students, and teachers at the Donda Academy. Those people, you know, put their faith in him and I don’t know why they put their faith on the f*cking loon because you can’t do that.”

The Kanye West-founded Donda Academy is a Christian prep school rumored to be located in California’s Simi Valley. Amidst all the controversy, there were reports of the academy closing down. However, the latest sources claimed that the school was back to normal functioning after being closed down for a brief period of time.

NBA superstar recently cut ties with Kanye West following the controversy
Boston Celtics superstar Jaylen Brown joined hands with Kanye West and he was signed to Donda Sports back in May. After the controversy, Brown condemned West’s comments. However, he talked about sticking with Donda Sports.

Recently, he announced on Twitter that he will be leaving the agency along with Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald who also confirmed his termination.
Brown said, “In light of that, after sharing in conversations, I now recognize that there are times when my voice and my position can’t coexist in spaces that don’t correspond with my stance or my values. And, for that reason, I am terminating my association with Donda Sports.”

Much like Robert Horry, Brown has also sympathized with the staff and students at Donda Academy. Moreover, he also offered sponsorship to tournaments that will involve the Donda Academy basketball team.
