Fight Breaks Out on Rockets Bench as Jalen Green Has Foul Exchange With Own Teammate

The Houston Rockets defeated the Utah Jazz by 6 points on Tuesday night. The final result was 114-108. The Rockets won their first game after losing three in a row, while the Jazz’s three-game winning run ended. The tension between the players grows as the heat rises. However, in this case, the fight occurred during the game between teammates Jalen Green and Jabari Smith Jr.

The Rockets were in full control throughout the game, dominating 3 out of 4 quarters. Kevin Porter Jr. led the Rockets in scoring with 26 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists in 35 minutes on the court. Jalen Green and Jabari Smith Jr. were significant role players for the Rockets alongside him. Jordan Clarkson and Lauri Markkanen, on the other side, put up a fight for Jazz.

Fights and the NBA go hand in hand; it can be observed amongst rivals throughout the game. However, if a brawl breaks out amongst teammates, both spectators and management are concerned.

A heated debate broke out between Jalen Green and Jabari Smith during the game

During the fourth quarter of the game between the Houston Rockets and the Utah Jazz, all eyes were on the Rockets’ bench. Jalen Green and Jabari Smith Jr can be seen exchanging heated remarks. In no time, management and their teammates intervened and separated the two. Eric Gordon can be seen in the background, puzzled by the incident.

Soon after the game Jalen Green opened up about the rift between him and Smith and said, “nothing at all”. And Green went on to compliment Smith by saying, “He’s super talented, has the gifts to be a two-way player, he’s so long and can guard any position, and at the same time he can shoot the ball.”
