Shaquille O’Neal and Shaunie Henderson’s marriage back in 2002 ended in a very public divorce. The couple parted ways in less than a decade for various reasons. The couple has since moved on, with Shaq’s love life leading him to live a bachelor’s life. Meanwhile, his ex-wife Shaunie has recently started a new life after marrying Pastor Keion Henderson. Recently, Henderson opened up about how he feels with the presence of so much limelight and attention on his married life.

Pastor Henderson mentioned how intimidating it is to share his life with the star of the ‘Basketball Wives’. And how having a camera around you most of the time is daunting, at the very least.

The newly wed couple talked on camera about their marriage in May 2022. Shaunie has been part of the Basketball Wives for over a decade. The couple’s wedding procession has recently been shared on VH1’s special feature ‘Shaunie & Keion’s Destination “I Do.”’

“[It was] quite frankly, frightening up front,” he said. Further adding, “Because, you know, I live in a world where there isn’t much forgiveness offered, but a lot is needed.” 

Implying that his religious beliefs did not align with the drama of reality television initially, the Pastor pointed out that there is a good share of criticism for the slightest mistake on-camera. He also added how he is getting comfortable with it as the days pass. Meanwhile, Shaunie also elaborated on how she is getting used to her new role as a pastor’s wife.
