“It went down during game one at halftime in Phoenix. Now, you can see the guy who’s wearing some Suns gear and he’s yelling back and forth from Westbrook and it’s just awkward from hell, right? Nobody knows what started it, what were the first words said just yet, unclear what really ignited this encounter.??

He further commented the situation saying, ?So that’s how it all happens. Gas meets fire in those moments. Okay, now before we dive into that, just want to tell you how Westbrook was already in his zone. Now, his shot wasn’t going and that happens a lot with Westbrook. He ain’t the purest shooter, just to say that for the record, but whoa, he was out there doing everything else.?

Marcellus Wiley further criticized the fans for their behavior

Wiley explained how some fans with more money can feel entitled and do not respect that the athletes are just doing their jobs. The incident occurred in an area where players are around fans, including the ones who feel entitled to bad behavior. Wiley argues that players often have issues with the lower bowl, hundred level, and court-side fans, who feel entitled because they spend their ?hard-earned? money on tickets and have access to the same level as the players.?

He believes that these entitled fans sometimes cross the line and do not respect that they have paid money for theater and are watching someone else do their job. Wiley criticized the entitled fans who think they are more important than they really are and blurs the line between paying for theater and respecting that the players are just doing their jobs.
