One of the greatest teams of this era has been the Golden State Warriors. Particularly, the Warriors of 2017. The team had stars like Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green play for their team.

A few months ago, Curry made headlines for all the wrong reasons. During a Q and A session on YouTube, Curry made a claim that his Warriors team would beat the Bulls.

In a recent interview, NBA legend Gilbert Arenas bashed Curry’s claim. Despite not being in the best of relationships with Jordan in the past, Arenas chooses the Bulls over the Warriors.

Arenas said, “You have Michael Jordan. They have a KD. It’s a perfect matchup. But when you’re talking about somebody like Jordan coming through the lane, he’s gonna average 40-something that series because there’s no one that can physically stop him.

Interestingly enough, Jordan once offended Arenas. After Arenas dropped 40 points, he walked up to Jordan expecting a compliment. However, Jordan compared him to Randy Brown, a bench player in the Chicago Bulls.

Arenas said, “He was like, ‘Man, you remind me of one of the players on my team,” Arenas said. “I’m like, ‘Oh, s***, I remind him of like [Scottie] Pippen or himself?”

He further added, “He was like, ‘Yeah, you remind me of… you know Randy Brown?’ I was [like], Randy Brown? That motherf***** don’t even play.”

Interestingly enough, the two have faced off against each other during their time in the NBA. Arenas faced Jordan twice in his career and won both the matchups that came during the regular season.
