The iconic race to the backboard is a battle between the two-time NBA champion and anyone among the crew. Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal have used their cleverness in the past to get the better of Smith. However, his recent opponent was one the former Houston Rockets guard could never have guessed.

Inside the NBA is one of the most loved post-game shows in the sports world, thanks to the hosts’ shenanigans. This time, it involved a three-time Sixth Man of The Year winner and a little acting job from Barkley to overcome Kenny.

Inside the Crew reported for the halftime show after an intense Los Angeles Lakers vs Golden State Warriors battle. As usual, Kenny Smith went to the board to break down some plays. However, each time he had to guess just who will race him to the screen. His side-eye caught Barkley, who flew out of his chair.
