LeBron James is one of the GOATs. It is an undeniable fact now that no matter who you choose as ‘your’ GOAT, nobody would put LeBron James out of his top 2 or 3 of all time.
LeBron James joined the NBA straight out of high school. The Cleveland Cavaliers drafted him as their first pick, and everybody knew that the kid from Akron is something special. James decided to skip college, so he never played in NCAA tournaments. However, even his high school games were enough to merit the praise from the NBA even before his rookie season.

He averaged 20.9 points in his first season, starting all 79 games that he played. His first season was the only season in which he averaged less than 25 points per game. His longevity and consistency is inspirational for everyone.
