NBA superstar Stephen Curry missed almost the whole of February because of an injury. The Golden State Warriors struggled during his absence. The two-time NBA MVP recently returned to the lineup, however, he could not help as the Warriors lost three games in a row. However, Curry and the Dubs came back strong against the Milwaukee Bucks who have the best record in the league. The sharpshooter erupted for a game-high 36 points as the game went to the wire. He was efficient from the field as well. But the one instance where he was not efficient, caught the eyes of the fans.

Curry is known for his mind-boggling pregame workouts. Even before he became a superstar in the league, he went viral for his wild dribbling and shooting workouts during the warmups. However, things did not go well before the Bucks’ game.

Stephen Curry is arguably the best shooter ever, and he puts on a show during the warmups as well. The four-time NBA champion effortlessly makes shots from the tunnel at the end of the warmups and then runs towards the locker room with the fans going wild. However, things did not end well this time. At least for a ball boy. During warmups, Curry attempted a full-court shot from the tunnel but it was a bit short and hit a ball boy under the rim.

A lot of fans commented that Steph never misses and joked he wanted to hit the ball boy and so he did. Also, most fans wondered why the ball boy did not move despite looking at the direction where the ball came from.

Curry’s gesture after the game

Stephen Curry was aware that his full-court attempt hit the ball boy in the face. So after the 116-125 overtime win against the Milwaukee Bucks, Curry gave away his game-worn jersey to the boy.

When the video clip went viral on Instagram with over 900k likes and many comments, it caught the eyes of Curry as well. He commented, “Best game worn jersey I’ve ever given away. My bad Jonathan 🤦‍♂️”.
