NBA has had multiple stars in its history. Be it the likes of Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, or to 80s iconic duo of Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, everyone has been touted as one of the best players in the league. But when it comes to the GOAT, one name stands out, Michael Jordan.
With his impeccable scoring coupled with intense competitiveness, MJ was one of the most feared players in the league. While he might not have put in the years like Kobe Bryant, he did play for 15 years in the league and certainly left his mark on the league with his dominance.

Scottie Pippen explains how obsessed Michael Jordan was with golfing
Jordan was certainly a beast on the basketball court. Dominating opponents and breaking records, MJ did it all. But Jordan was not only good at hoop, rather tried to dominate other sports as well.
Be it his love for baseball or for that matter gambling, MJ was obsessed with victory. But MJ’s love for golfing was on a whole new level. In a recent interview former teammate and Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen explained how obsessed ‘His Airness‘ was with golf. “I mean Michael is an avid golfer. He’s been that way since his early 20s, I mean since coming into the league.”
Pippen added, “It’s a very addicting game for anyone who plays golf it’s more addicting than basketball so I could see why it was all it was a pull form and it’s got a lot of people hooked. Michael was a very good athlete at that time so he was trying everything, including baseball, remember.”
Jordan’s love for golfing is pretty well-documented. Be it the number of yearly tournaments he hosted alongside some of the biggest names in the sports industry or him golfing on off-days during his days with the Bulls.

But the most insane testament to Jordan’s obsession with golf is the massive golf course MJ has built. Jordan certainly is in love with the sport and given how determined he was back in the day, it wouldn’t be surprise if MJ becomes a better golfer.
