The Portland Trailblazers had a rough start to the season, without their main star, Damian Lillard. Dame DOLLA was out due to a calf injury and made his return to the team in December. With the fans eager for a comeback season from Lillard and the team, Portland seems to be struggling to earn a spot in the playoffs. Lillard’s performance today against the Cleveland Cavaliers has grabbed the attention of the NBA buffs.

Though Lillard is putting up great numbers, fans do not seem to be excited for the team with their continuing disappointing performance.

Though Lillard is appreciated for averaging 27.4 points and 7.1 assists per game, the Blazers seem to extend their losing streak to five. The Blazers suffered a disappointing loss to the Denver Nuggets in the 2020-21 season in the first round of the playoffs. The 2021-22 season was even worse, with the team failing to make it to the playoffs. Currently, the Blazers stand at the 11th position in the Western Conference with a record of 19-22. The fans are expecting the organization to make moves before the trade deadline, with continuing upsetting performance.
