NBA legend LeBron James is the name on everyone’s lips currently. The four-time NBA champion passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and became the NBA’s All-Time Scoring Leader against the Oklahoma City Thunder recently. Although the Lakers lost the match, LeBron still dominated the headlines for the most part following Tuesday’s game. Meanwhile, one NBA superstar covertly got the NBA fanbase talking while everyone else discussed James and his recent milestone. 

The superstar in question is none other than two-time MVP Nikola Jokic. The Denver Nuggets superstar pulled off a retro look ahead of his game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Interestingly, his look shared a resemblance to the popular TV character Tommy Shelby.

As many fans predicted in the comments, Jokic did indeed drop a triple-double. The Serbian superstar recorded his 19th triple-double of this season as the Nuggets beat the Timberwolves 146-112. Jokic ended the game with 20 points, 16 assists, and 12 rebounds.

LeBron James passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has been a hot issue for months now. While the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Thunder on 8th February 2023, James became the NBA’s All-Time Top Scorer.

With the OKC defenders around him, James hit an iconic fadeaway spin and the arena erupted. With Abdul-Jabbar in attendance, James broke his record in front of him. The Lakers legend held the record for 20 seasons!
