Jordan Sr. pulled over his Lexus on a highway in North Carolina and decided to take a nap. Meanwhile, two teenagers who had an eye on the old man’s luxury car, shot him to death and stole the car. The Lexus that Jordan Sr. was driving was a gift from his son. As the car embodied wealth in the early 90s, it prompted the teenagers to commit the gruesome act.

Moreover, Jordan’s father had pulled over a neighborhood which was infamous for criminal activities. The perpetrators dumped the car in a swamp and escaped. Later, they also released a music video wearing Jordan’s stolen championship rings and a chain. Upon hearing the story and learning about the dark past tied up with his city, the popular rapper 600 Breezy was seemingly disturbed.

The Chicago based rapper 600 Breezy believed that the 6x- NBA champion’s father died a normal death. It took a Vlad TV episode for the rapper to know the truth. As the story goes, the murderers did not know the old man was Michael Jordan’s father. They discovered it after going through Jordan Sr.’s belongings- which included two NBA Championship rings. The rings obviously belonged to His Airness and he had gifted them to his father.

Meanwhile, during the interview, DJ Vlad narrated all the details of the incident to 600 Breezy, who was quite oblivious on the matter. After learning about the incident, the Chicago-based rapper thought it was easy for murderers to get away with what they did back then without the modern advancements of technology, “If they would have just got rid of the car, got rid of the jewelry and you feel me not posted with the jewelry and act regular…”

After killing Jordan Sr., the culprits indulged in more absurdities. One of them wore MJ23’s Championship ring and chain and did a rap video from their trailer home. Moreover, the duo drove the Lexus around the city and called their friends from Jordan Sr.’s cell. Breezy emphasized that they would not have got caught if it were not for these strange acts.
