The Golden State Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics in Game 6 to win the NBA championship. The Warriors overpowered their way to the Larry O’Brien trophy even after having various injuries throughout the season. Klay Thompson played his first game in January after missing 2 full seasons and Curry missed 18 games to injury. Meanwhile, James Wiseman, the second overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, did not play a single minute over the course of the season.
