Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat

Veteran Udonis Haslem has won 3 NBA championships with the Miami Heat. While he wasn’t a superstar, he was a very good role player and helped the team whenever required. But in his current stint with the team, at 41, he is not signed for his on-court abilities.

The Heat signed him for his experience, winning mentality, and leadership abilities. And he’s definitely delivering on that front. During the regular season, there was a bust-up between Udonis, Jimmy, and head coach Erik Spoelstra. Safe to say that Udonis did spark Jimmy and got a response on the court. And Jimmy isn’t someone who despises tough love. Notably, Jimmy Butler has stated multiple times that he fits right in with the team because of the Heat’s culture.

So after winning the game-6, Udonis Haslem wanted to respond to Draymond’s claims. He said on Live TV, “Tell Draymond thank you.” The Miami Heat found Green’s words disrespectful and are itching to prove him wrong.

After taking a 2-1 lead against the Celtics, the Heat lost the next 2 games and lost the lead. Prior to game-6, Jimmy Butler just had a combined score of 27 in the last 3 games. While Miami won the first of the three games, they lost the next two.
