“He’ll be in this league for a long time, whether it’s with Memphis or somewhere else,” Carter Jr added. “He’ll do just fine.” Carter Jr, who plays for the Orlando Magic, was eagerly catching on to the basketball action going on right now. According to him, Brooks was just trying to make his team win and it is unfair for people to judge him based on his actions on the court.
He sees Brooks as a decent ball player who is going to have a long career in the NBA. In conclusion, he said, basketball is a competitive team sport where confrontations occur all the time and ideally no one should come to a conclusion about a person’s character by just watching the game.

Grizzlies make a massive decision on Brook’s career
If the reports are to be believed, the Memphis Grizzlies won’t be signing Dillon Brooks in the offseason. This might be due to the fact that he has brought negative press to the team with his crass behavior. He also had a disappointing season in terms of performance averaging 14.3 points this season from 39.6 percent shooting. His poor shot selection has always been the cause of worry for Memphis. It remains to be seen if Brooks does actually leave Memphis.
