“He’s Just Not a Franchise Player”: NBA Fans Slam “Overrated” Trae Young After Latest Reports About a Possible Trade Request
Follow Us
The Atlanta Hawks are currently settled in the middle of the Eastern Conference. With an evenly split record of 16-16 so far this season, the Hawks come in the eighth position in the East. After the addition of All-Star Dejounte Murray from the San Antonio Spurs, the Hawks would have likely expected a better record to date. But now, it seems as if the team’s main star, Trae Young might be involved in a trade soon.
According to rival executives, Trae Young would be the next player on a rookie max extension to request a trade if the team doesn’t make inroads come the post-season. While the Hawks probably wouldn’t be considered a team that is struggling right now, they arguably have yet to live up to expectations this season.

Trae young is so wildly overrated, I'm so thankful my team didn't have him or a player like him, yes he puts up crazy numbers but none of it equates to winning and making the team better, he's selfish and not a team first guy

Young has averaged 27.6 PPG, 2.9 RPG, and 9.8 APG so far this season.
