NBA fans are not impressed with Rivers’ girlfriend

Similarly, Austin Rivers turned to social media to share his girlfriend’s annoyance with him. Apparently, his girlfriend, Audreyana Michelle, was unhappy with Rivers because he wanted to play basketball despite coming home after a long road trip. Furthermore, it was his day off.

He wrote, “Real athletes know these problems… She mad I wanna go hoop on my day off… and we(squad) just got back from long road trip. lol and yeah this is real…”

The footage did not reveal his girlfriend’s face because she was unaware of Rivers recording the incident. Despite her annoyance, he still headed to play some basketball. As the video clip was recently posted on Instagram by a fan account, many fans gave their take. Here are some reactions:

Even though Rivers was joking about the whole situation, not every fan was. Many fans commented that the guard should leave his girlfriend because of her reaction. The couple welcomed their son in 2021. Rivers had his first child with Brittany Hotard in 2018.
