“He’s Washed”: NBA Fans Left in Utter Dismay After Kevin Durant’s Nets Face a Major Setback With Worrying Ben Simmons Injury News

The Brooklyn Nets lost their third game of the season against Milwaukee Bucks by 11 points, where the final score was 110-99. Giannis Antetokounmpo single-handedly dominated the game and dropped 43 points. Kevin Durant put up a fight but was not enough to bring glory to the team. On top of that, the Nets faced a major setback because of Ben Simmons’s injury.

The Bucks dominated three out of four quarters of the match. Antetokounmpo scored 43 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists during his 38 minutes on the court. Bobby Portis dropped 20 points and 11 rebounds in 26 minutes. On the other hand, the slim reaper, Kevin Durant, recorded 33 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists in 39 minutes. Kyrie Irving’s 29 points did put up a fight, but in the end, it was not enough.

The disappointing performance of Ben Simmons continues as he scored 4 points, 5 rebounds, and 9 assists during 34 minutes on the court.

Kevin Durant’s Nets loss and Ben Simmons’s injury put the fans in an utter dismay

During the game, Ben Simmons came face-to-face with Giannis Antetokounmpo. Simmons attempted to dribble around the 6’11” Greek freak. He then attempted to shoot the ball but was fouled. Following that, Simmons is seen bending while clutching his back. And it can be a possible back injury. NBA  Central posted a video of the incident and the caption says, “Ben Simmons hurt his back on this play. Hope he’s okay.”

Soon after the video was posted, fans seem to be presenting their views. There were mixed reactions from the fans. Some can be seen in disbelief and presented their disappointment. And some comments were about Simmons’s injury. The tweet has more than 7400 likes and 450 retweets. As one of the fans said, “He’s washed.”
