Whenever Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds liked someone, he didn’t hesitate to give them a compliment. Sometimes, it’s the love for Zayn Malik and Harry Styles or the comparison of Beyoncé to Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. The comic timing and pranks he plays have always made him popular with his fans. 

The actor has done everything from acting in blockbuster movies to entertaining fans with witty comments. Not only did he compare Beyoncé to basketball legend Jordan at one point, but he also called someone the “Beyonce of red carpets.” 

As mentioned in an interview with BUILD Series, Reynolds was asked about his wife Blake Lively’s red carpet capabilities. Furthermore, he was asked about Beyonce as well. 

“My wife knows how to work a red carpet. I’ll say that, um yeah, you know she might be the Beyonce of red carpets.” He also mentioned how much effort his wife puts into her looks aside from that effortless look. ​​

“She turns it into an athletic event. It’s unbelievable.” In addition to this, he mentioned Beyonce in his statement. “But yeah, Beyonce she’s the Michael Jordan of music to me; I’ve seen four of her shows, and that’s what comes to mind every time, she’s incomparable. I guess you just say she’s Beyonce.”

The respect he has for Beyoncé was evident in Reynolds’ statement, and it’s clear he holds her high in regard.  Further extending his statement, he also compared her to Michael Jackson, the legendary singer, and dancer. According to him: “She is the Michael Jackson of Beyonce.” 

Having received eight Emmy nominations, Beyonce is one of the most talented artists in history. A series entitled ‘Homecoming: A Film by Beyonce’ showcases her life journey and talent. The documentary series features her Coachella 2018 performance, which received four Emmy nominations.
