The Miami Heat have taken a solid 3-0 lead against the Boston Celtics in the Conference Finals. It seems the Miami side has turned up the Heat on the Green. Jimmy Butler and his team continued their string of great individual and team performances. In a long list of fans who have been enjoying their heroics is Hollywood star and supermodel, La La Anthony.

The American TV personality was seen at game 3 between the Heat and the Celtics. Interestingly, this was just hours before her former husband and NBA star announced his retirement, having played the game for 19 seasons.

Carmelo Anthony has been one of the greats of the game for 19 seasons now. Although he last played for the Los Angeles Lakers in 2022, the 38-year-old announced his retirement on Monday. In his long and impactful career, Carmelo was a 10x NBA All-Star and the 2013 scoring champion. Even though he retired without a ring on his finger, his accomplishments prove his mettle. With 28,289 points scored in his career, he retires as the 9th highest scorer in the history of the league. Additionally, he was also selected for the 75 greatest players in the NBA’s history.

Carmelo was married to La La Anthony, a noted actor, and model. The two met in 2003 and got engaged in 2004. The ex-couple also welcomed a kid together in 2007 and eventually got married in 2010. After 11 years of marriage, the former duo called it quits as the Power star filed for divorce.

Almost two years after their divorce, when the NBA All-Star decided to quit the game, his ex-wife was spotted enjoying her time at the Heat vs Celtics game. The actor posted a story on her Instagram account where she can be seen with her friend at the game.

The Hollywood star seemingly had a great time supporting the Miami franchise as they secured a massive win over the Celtics. Game 3 ended 128-102 and it was a spectacular team effort by the Heat. Their biggest stars for the game were Jimmy Butler and Gabe Vincent, who scored 16 and 29 points respectively.
