Jackson said, “I actually shot a gun at somebody when I was in the NBA… I didn’t just show it, I actually shot it.” The incident occurred in 2006 when he played for the Indiana Pacers.

Jackson reportedly fired some shots in an Indianapolis strip club in self-defense. Following his trial, the court ordered him to pay a fine and perform 100 hours of community service. Along side Jackson, other ex-NBA players like Paul Pierce and Kwame Brown, have stood beside Ja in this difficult time.

Arenas and a couple of his other Washington Wizards teammates trash-talked over a game in 2009. The trash talk went over the limits and Javaris Crittenton allegedly pulled up a gun and pointed it toward Arenas.

Interestingly, Arenas had four of his own guns as well. Following this incident, both players were punished and Crittenton never returned to the NBA.
