The Los Angeles Lakers have been looking to trade after evaluating their roster. This triggered rumors of potential blockbuster trades around the league. But with an imminent trade that would take place, the eyes are now on a four-time NBA champion who could potentially join LeBron James in LA.

Draymond Green has been a Golden State Warrior for 11 years. It looks like he may add a purple streak to it soon. The purple and gold franchise may have Green in their lineup, according to reports. Although, Green has denied that he has been vocal about his interest in teaming up with his buddy. “I never said that. People can say what they want“.

However, Green didn’t dismiss it either. “I do understand that this is a business“, he continued and kept it abstract. He said if he was presented with an opportunity, he admitted to “relish” it. Draymond Green also confessed that he would be interested if he just played with one franchise for his whole career.

But the Warriors star is simply not focused on that. Green told the media that he was focused on winning and what he can bring to the table this season.

All that stuff can happen when it happens“, he added while shrugging it off.

Other doubts regarding his future were also answered with a pinch of salt. He said his focus is on basketball. He added he has a “great agent” that has Green’s best interests at heart.

Green’s public admiration for LeBron James

Regarding his relationship with LeBron James, Green has applauded the superstar for being consistently good. In a recent episode of ‘The Uninterrupted’s Throwing Bones’, Draymond Green revealed that LeBron James is the #1 player in the league for him.
