Charles Barkley recently appeared in?the ‘Let’s Go’ podcast hosted by Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray. One of the hosts, Jim Gray, pointed out that Barkley had never been on social media, yet he talked a lot about it. He asked Barkley why and how he managed to stay away from social media. The NBA Hall of Famer suggested that one reason he avoids social media was the lack of control over his temper.

Moreover, Barkley shared that it gave people too much power, which ultimately results in them using it for wrong reasons and impolite behavior. Chuck reckoned that he had problems with control and could refrain from responding to his critics. So, he decided to stay away from social media altogether.

Brady reveals why he uses social media

Tom Brady agreed with Charles Barkley’s thoughts. He pointed out that there was a lack of scrutiny on social media. The seven-time Super Bowl champ stated that a lot of time celebrities are criticized for saying too much, or not saying anything at all. Brady stated that social media gave an option to people to promote what they believe in. At the same time, he suggested that people needed to do it in a positive way instead of causing harm and hurt.
