So, after touching weights of over 400 pounds, he actually caught hold of a disorder. In his words, “I had a new disorder called CBOTBD.” Explaining the disorder, he called it the “Charles Barkley Over The Belt Disorder.” Shaq actually used humor to explain the high weight levels that he had reached.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend said that his belly was way over his belt and that made him realize it was time for him to start working out again. He also realized that there must be other people like him who might be facing the same problem. So, he found a company, Novex Biotex, which helped him lose weight and he thus decided to help them.

Shaq later humorously said he doesn’t have CBOTBD anymore, and that he likes the shape he’s gotten into. He even plans to go back to being disciplined and maintaining his weight.
