The aftermath of the Hawks series was surely draining for Simmons. Sinking in the pressure, his own home fans turned against him. While it seemed for show, hate does take a toll on the mind. Hence, some reimbursement seems to be fair. However, the basketball world is now more eager to see Simmons return to the court. Despite the ongoing drama, Ben Simmons is all healed up from his back surgery. And with Kyrie being a near lock-in, the Nets still have massive potential to keep building.
