In the recent episode of “The Rich Eisen Show”, Actor and rapper O’Shea Jackson said that Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving should have been playing for the Los Angeles Lakers. Jackson is a huge Lakers fan, and he showed it off with his outfit during the show. When Rich Eisen asked him whether he supports the Golden State Warriors, he said that he supports California. Jackson also said that he doesn’t mind if the Warriors win the title.

He said that the Warriors are not a threat to the Lakers’ championship record of 17. The Warriors have won 6 NBA titles so far and are on the hunt for their 7th. On the other hand, the Boston Celtics have won 17 titles as well. So Jackson doesn’t want them to win the title this year, like every Lakers fan.

Eisen, who is a Knicks fan, also doesn’t want the Celtics to win the NBA championship. He said that he can’t listen to all the Celtics fans if they win. And Jackson admitted that is another reason he doesn’t want them to win.

Jackson said, “We can’t ignore these finals aren’t the old KD team vs. the old Kyrie team. Like, that was just hilarious to me. And um, both of them should have been Lakers… I need the Warriors to pull this out. I can’t deal with Chris [Brockman] on Twitter for a year!”

And co-host Brockman, who is a Celtics fan, assured, “It’s gonna be bad! I might literally tweet every single day.” So Jackson continued, “Oh man! You, Mark Wahlberg, everybody. All of them. They gotta go!”

There were rumors linking him to the Lakers and suggested a reunion with LeBron James. But it looks highly unlikely at the moment as reports suggest he might opt to stay with the Nets. If Kyrie stays, it will be interesting to see what he and Kevin Durant can achieve with the Nets.
