Andrea Thompson, the mother of Tristan Thompson, passed away on January 5, 2023, in Toronto. Understandably, Tristan was heartbroken and flew to Toronto with his ex Khloe Kardashian. The KUWTK star stood with Tristan during the tough time. The 2016 NBA champion’s friends, family, and the NBA world mourned the death of his mother.

Tristan Thompson breaks his silence
Tristan Thompson took to Instagram to share his tribute to his mother. He shared multiple pictures of Andrea Thompson with him, his family, his daughter, and Khloe Kardashian. The NBA veteran stated that he feels empty as he tries to come to terms with her passing. He thanked her for everything she had ever done and all her sacrifices as a mother. He then apologized to his mother for some of his actions in the past.
